DSE

A platform for the production and dissemination of electronic noise, noise actions, and processed recordings. Utilizing analogue and digital source material and processing techniques, DSE emphasizes the destabilizing of structural authority and intelligibility of language, including its political, sonic, and spatial orientation.

Noise-Action refers to the noise performance as a form of political engagement. The process of listening, gathering in a space, the production of the sonic qualities themselves, and the entire social context as a complex listening and performing encounter. Noise as a course of action.
